Elevate24 Monitoring

Elevate24 includes a dedicated reporting and telemetry agent designed to support security controls and compliance auditing. This functionality runs independently of the user-facing Elevate24 application and focuses on capturing session activity related to privilege elevation, de-elevation, and policy enforcement — providing security teams with the visibility needed to detect misuse, monitor trends, and support incident response.

Security monitoring is configured separately via MDM using a seperate configuration profile to application-level configuration. This allows organisations to define what telemetry is captured, how it’s structured, and where it’s sent. Key configuration options include enabling or disabling specific reporting events or defining blocked actions.
